HOW TO BOOK

To secure your dates, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, which includes a $100 retainer. In the event, that your wedding dates fall within the 90-day period a payment of 50% will be required at booking.

This retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. A bridal contract must be signed. The remaining balance will be due 14 days before the Wedding Date. If you are booking within 30 days, the full balance will owed at the time of booking. Any additional guest added after the final bill is paid must pay for service in full before the date. Accepted forms of payment include All major credit cards. (NOTE: bridal consultations and retainer fees are two separate costs.)

DAY OF SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO TIME AND AVAILABILITY.​

Aracely Nanez may be scheduled to more than 1 bride. Your GET READY TIME will be based on Aracely’s available slots. Times can range from as early as 5 am.​

-IN THE EVENT YOUR SERVICE DATE MAY NEED RESCHEDULING DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES ON BEHALF OF THE CLIENT, AS A COURTESY WE WILL ALLOW A ONE-TIME CHANGE AND TRANSFER OF RETAINER. A NEW SERVICE AGREEMENT WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED. DEPENDING ON THE SEASON PRICES MAY CHANGE. PLEASE NOTIFY 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DATE. NO EXCEPTION.​

*ADVISORY* IN THE EVENT YOUR NEW DATE IS NOT AVAILABLE YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT WILL BE NULL & VOIDED. 

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AT ANY MOMENT ANY OF THE ARTIST(S) FEEL DISRESPECTED OR PUT IN AN UNSAFE SITUATION.

-Consultation-

Consultations are available for brides only. Please be advised that trials are based on availability and should be booked at least 1-6 months before the Event date. If you are doing multiple looks You will be charged $150 per look / or to the discretion of the artist.

NOTE: In the event the Bride or anyone in the wedding party wishes to change the chosen style please advise artist. Styles chosen can be subject to a price increase if change day within 14 days of your event.

-Liability-

Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artists from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. If sensitivity to foundation, client is required to bring their own.

Due to the 2019-2020 outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), our business is taking extra precautions with the care of every client to include health history review and enhanced sanitation/disinfecting procedures in compliance with CDC guidance. 

Symptoms of COVID-19 include:

• Fever

• Fatigue

• Dry Cough

• Difficulty Breathing

• Runny Nose

I agree to the following:

• I understand the above symptoms and affirm that I, as well as all household members,

do not currently have, nor have experienced the symptoms listed above within the last

14 days.

• I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not been diagnosed with

COVID-19 within the past 30 days.

• I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to

anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days.

• I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not traveled outside of the

country or to any city considered to be a “hot spot” for COVID-19 infections within the

past 30-days.

Hair Clean, washed the day of or the night before. Completely dry & product free. Please do not arrive with damp hair or there will be an additional $50 fee. Please be advised that in the event hair is longer than the initial quote price the client will be responsible for additional fees which will be due prior to services starting. If you want volume in the hair, then it is recommended the hair be blow-dried the night before, or the morning before appointment. Hair needs to be washed with Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner. NO MOISTURE CONDITIONERS or leave-in products. Super Curly hair requiring a sleek style, please arrive with hair blowout/smooth.

Please be mindful and respectful of the artist(s) tools and equipment. Our tools are just that and the liability of them is ours. In the event a tool/equipment is touched/broken, the client will be held responsible for reimbursement.
